Performance

This priority helps you prepare for a specific event, such as a race or meet. The goal is improving strength, speed, power, and or endurance. With performance, it is necessary to fully embrace the event by fully understanding all rules & regulations, to become technically sound with skills and drills, and master the art of that event.

This is rarely a problem for most serious competitors. The problem surrounding performance is how to improve strength, speed, power, and or endurance.  Competitors simply want the secret sauce to take their performance to new heights and are ready, willing and able to go to the next level and fill in the holes missing in their preparation.

Our Performance Priority Plan (PPP), we show you the missing components to help competitors accelerate their performance goal by helping you with:

All 3 components are critical pieces that are generally absent. With performance, it is critical to properly manage all components to see consistent improvement and results. 

Oftentimes when competitors reach new heights, the chance of injury dramatically increases.  Shifting the focus to corrective exercise and recovery reduces the chance of injury and further accelerates faster progression over time.

These are the advantages of participating in our PPP, you get the following recommendation: exercise nutrition, hydration, supplementation, active & passive recovery and corrective exercise all to reach optimal performance.

Longevity

This priority focus is to improve your health span to prolong your lifespan. Your health span is known as the years you are free from disease and health-related risk factors, such as obesity, high blood pressure, or diabetes, etc. Your lifespan is the total number of years you are alive. In our Longevity Priority Plan (LPP), we show you the missing components to help you prevent the most common risk factors, disease, and assist you with the process of increasing your lifespan.

This entails adding adversity in areas of your life where you are accustomed to having comfort.

These are the advantages of participating in our LPP, to optimize your health and prolong your life by reducing the deterioration of your body and prevent the rapid speed of aging.

The quality of life is the body’s ability to be free from sickness, illness, and disease. This priority will help you to reset your body back to its set point of a homeostatic balance through necessary fueling, proper hydration, demanding activity, followed by the appropriate rest & recovery.

This priority focus is to maintain the correct hormonal balance to regulate the body’s aesthetic physique. To achieve this, the idea is to find the right combination of nutrition, activity, and recovery strategy to achieve your aesthetic goals. Those components are used to balance and regulate all sex hormones for the ability to earn, burn, and efficiently maintain a desirable physique over the course of a lifetime.

In our Aesthetics Priority Plan (APP), we show you the optimal strategies for weight management, hormonal support, peaceful digestion, and the ability to make sound decisions for an optimal physique. Your new body is calling you, so it is time to stop being a hostage to your hormones. The balancing & rebalancing of your hormones is the key to regaining control.
